The Company also provides coil-coating applications to the transportation, appliance, construction, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, and doors industries. ArvinMeritor serves OEM customers worldwide, including truck OEMs, light vehicle OEMs, trailer producers and specialty vehicle manufacturers and certain aftermarkets. In November 2004, the Company sold its Roll Coater, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary to an affiliate of Willis Stein & Partners. In December 2004, the Company sold its Light Vehicle Systems (LVS) automotive stampings and components manufacturing operation to privately owned Columbus Components Group (CCG), LLC.
