Geographically, Oral Care is a significant part of the Company's business in Asia/Africa, comprising approximately 55% of sales in that region for 2004. Sales of Pet Nutrition products accounted for 14% of the Company's total worldwide sales in 2004. On December 18, 2003, the Company agreed to acquire GABA Holding AG, a privately owned European oral care company. The transaction was completed in June 2004.
