During the year ended December 31, 2004, the Company acquired Spectrum Astro, Inc. and TriPoint Global Communications Inc. In November 2004, General Dynamics acquired Engineering Technology Inc. In March 2005, the Company acquired the Propulsion Systems business unit of General Dynamics. In April 2005, the Company acquired MAYA Viz Ltd., a privately held company based in Pittsburgh, that provides enhanced visualization and collaboration technologies that support realtime, decision-making.
